I grew up a fan of U2, but I came to the Frames thanks to the suggestion of a friend (who complained that too many people can only think of one rock band when they think of Ireland). I've been working my way through their catalog ever since. I just recently picked up Dance the Devil, which is blowing my mind as I type.

My brother-in-law likes to use the term “criminally under-appreciated music,” which is a descriptor I'd like to think fits most of the music I love best. I most definitely place the Frames in that category. Of the many bands in my music collection, they're one of the few I'd pay a significant amount of money to see.
